Issues With My Twitch Account

In February, 2020 I was locked out of my Twitch account (known as 'Mars02').  The story is kind of long, but it's due to issues with 2 Factor Authentication.  I had around 150 followers at the time, put a lot of time into it and had earned affiliate, so I didn't want to start all over on a new channel again.  About a month after I got locked out, I found an old device which still had Twitch on it, and I was logged in my old account!  Just to be on the safer side of things, I changed my title to the one you currently see during my streams ("Speedruns BC I'm A Speedrunner...") and the game to Retro.  And only about a week later Twitch stopped working on the old device, so I was completely locked out of my Twitch account, and have been ever since.  I created the account known as 'Mars02__", just as a chatting account, this situation is briefly mentioned in the bio of that channel.  

Due to this I have my moderation team refund points for my "Be Given A Temporary Role For The Stream" on my channel, and have specific limits for my "Choose A Category For Me To Play" redemption in my discord.
